Instant Issue debit cards

Actual debit cards, not temporary cards, are available at any branch location. If you open a checking account you will leave with an active debit card, no more waiting for one to arrive in the mail. It is in your hand and ready to go.

If your debit card is lost, stolen, or damaged, stop by a branch and get a new one. Keep in mind there may be a fee, not always but sometimes we do have to charge. You still need to be vigilant with your debit card, just because you can get a new one when you need it doesn't mean you can willy-nilly lose it all the time!

Fraud Monitoring

The credit union uses a fraud monitoring system which will contact you to verify any transactions that may be fraudulent. It is an automated system and may call you as soon as 10 minutes after a transaction is identified as possible fraud. It important to keep your phone number up to date at all times, cell phone numbers are especially useful.

Don't forget to let the credit union know when you are traveling so we can make sure you won't have any trouble on the road with your debit card. To change your PIN or activate your card call 800-992-3808.

If your debit card is lost or stolen after business hours please call 1-800-472-3272 to cancel the card.

Round up/Save My Change Program FAQ

What is the round-up program?

The round-up program allows you to automatically round up the amount of eligible transactions made with a debit card to the nearest dollar. The rounded-up amount is transferred to your designated savings account. You will be saving a little bit each time you spend.

How will it show on my account?

Two transactions will show one with the merchant’s name and transaction amount, followed by an additional transaction for the change along with the description ROUND UP TRANSFER.

How much will round-up?

Transactions are rounded up to the nearest whole dollar. For example, a $4.25 purchase will be rounded up to $5.00, with $0.75 transferred to your savings account. Transactions for $5.00 will be rounded up to $6.00

Where can I deposit the round-up funds?

To a savings or money market on the same account number as the debit card. Sorry no cross-account transfers.

Are there any fees for the round-up program?

There are no fees associated with the round-up program.

What if I change my mind on the round-up program?

You can opt in and out any time you would like just call, come in, or send us an online message.

Does every transaction round up?

Debit transactions not using an overdraft account or courtesy pay processed as a debit transaction will automatically round-up.
